I’ve known Avneet for a while now, through basketball and training. He’s definitely one of the most passionate guys I’ve come across, with whatever he’s doing. I’ve trained with him quite a bit this past year. Usually the focus of our workouts are my weaknesses, whatever he notices needs improvement in my game will be highlighted in the drills we do. He’s always pushing me to work harder . He has given me a series of handouts that apply to basketball and life. I’ve noticed improvement in my game in a few different ways. My ball handling and shooting have gotten to a higher level. My basketball “smarts” have improved a lot, reading and reacting have become more a part of my game. He’s helped me become a more intelligent player. With all the drills we do, whether it’s coming off screens, transition attack or fundamentals, Avneet pushing me to try my hardest has helped me prepare for games better. The types of drills we do also incorporate bettering my athleticism, flexibility and mobility. We spend time with an emphasis on these 3 along with conditioning every time we work together.
