When working out with Avneet, he communicates with you on your current skills and looks at what needs to be improved. When agreed on what skills you need to improve on most, he makes sure many reps in the workout involve this skill in a variety of ways. These skills can be anything from, coming off ball screens, shooting 3s, shooting a floater in the lane, or working on your handle. Although one skill may be added in to most drills he still gives you an array of different drills that develop all your skills. If you come to an Avneet workout with a good work ethic, he is sure to give you the ball handling drills, shooting drills, finishing at the rim drills, and combination drills to have you leave the gym being confident you got better. With his flexible schedule and dedication to helping players get better working out with him a few times a week to compliment your current training/practice schedule it is sure to take your game to another level. With Avneet working with the VIU mens team the last 2 years he would have skill workouts with individuals almost every day making the guys who wanted to get better, get better. With the result of the 2012/2013 season being a national gold, my teammates and I can say the hard work with Avneet paid off. I would recommend anyone who wants to improve their game to book sessions with Avneet.
